Kagerou overlay doesn't start when launching ACT

This requires me to reload the overlay in ACT until it pops up. It also doesn't save my size and location settings so when it does pop up from reloading,...

It works in Steam Big Picture, but after a few seconds in a game, the controller stops working, and I have to go back to the home menu or exit...

This would be really helpful for cosmetic collectors, or just people who want certain rare items in general.
