Output definitions in Cuckoofile.toml are ignored/in conflict using CuckooPluginFile.

Same issue, which results in an error `Filename "GeneratedMocks.swift used twice: ...` although the two outputs I specified in the `Cuckoofile.toml` in my project's root (as per the Installation Instructions)...
