Super late reply, haven't worked on this in a while but I remember there was a bug on data data prep with one of the indexes referencing the wrong data....

The `training.mat` file comes with the dataset, so if you download the whole dataset it comes with a few `.mat` files, one for training and one for validation. Such files...

I managed to make it work with some changes, as soon as I have some time I'll make a PR for it.
