Beyond the collision issue #589, prefixing with schemaName is necessary for schemas not included in the [search_path](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/ddl-schemas.html#DDL-SCHEMAS-PATH). [Here](https://gist.github.com/GTonehour/d8e140e94e73df89e1b4d9ab407bc879) is a variation of @alita-moore's postRenderHook to specify which schemas to prefix.

It may happen only when another Windows user is logged in. That other user not having any additional desktop, nor doing anything special with their desktops.
