This issue has a label `bug` and still not close. Is it still not fixed and not published to nuget?
Here is my use case. The first 6 rows of `CrossDown80` expected value should be `false`, but `true` here.  
The `ta.xsignal` seems not meet my use case, which if I only need the entries, without exits. 
This is a BUG. Nobody to fix it. Even if there is PR, it is never merged. 👎
