Or rather, they don't work when Launcher/Arcade is run with --base-dir parameter. (fs-uae-device-helper does not know about the base dir).

Semi-colon is sometimes used in WHDLoad CONFIG options... Use (literally) `\n` instead?

It's probably using some old/naive extraction method and not the proper Amiga-aware one.
