GUI scaling is incorrect on Windows with 150% scaling in Windows control panel

It works with 200% (2x) and 100% (1x). When Windows setting is 150%, the user interface is scaled 2x. So it seems that only integer scaling is used (FS-UAE Launcher 3.1).
