Rumble on Xbox One wireless controllers (PC) does not work correctly.

The problem seems to appear when the rumble intensity is set too often/quickly.

Doesn't work on Windows 10

Doesn't work on Windows 10 for me: nothing happens when I use the keybindings. I tried using double backslashes as described and it didn't help. Running Windows 10 64bit.
