## Explanation Bumps `snaps-skunkworks` packages to `0.21.0` and handles breaking changes.

Add basic entry for BTC to verify how CI works for non-EIP155 CAIP-2 chains.

Fixes parsing of CAIP-2 filenames in `schemaCheck.js`, TBD if we may need to add more schemas too.
