Further to this, I am actually using delayMicroseconds in a task and I note that delay calls vTaskDelay whereas delayMicroseconds does not - is this my problem?

What is the status with this ? Is there still no option to limit the case in a TextBox? Andy

Actually, I can answer that as I have followed the steps you link and it has made no change to the rendering on the D2DControl :-( Andy
