'pipreqs' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I find a good solution. You go to the root path of your project from cmd first. Run **_python -m pipreqs.pipreqs ./ --encoding=utf-8_** It works for me

Oh i guess here is a solotuion: your pytorch version should not be 2.2.0 or higher version. When i downgrade the version of pytorch on colab, it works. !pip install...
