ok, The model contain an error , the offset Peg/Ears is 0.75mm (source pdf) not correctly implemented in the freecadSource. Sadly, this is an old Freecad used to create this....

@Cnieve, hello, I think you know the problemby now. Not usable source. But this thing is a real thing to learn FeeCAD & the StepUp importer.
