Recreated dsub 15 pol 3D model

This is a regeneration of the 3D models of the 15-pol dsub connecters, requested by Shackmeister in https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-packages3D/pull/500

Is the pcb footprint pin pitch really related to a change in how the pins are arranged in the connector itself? Example look at DSUB-15-HD_Female_Horizontal_P2.29x1.98mm_EdgePinOffset9.40mm compared to DSUB-15-HD_Female_Horizontal_P2.29x2.54mm_EdgePinOffset9.40mm
