Would it not be possible to at the very lease just put the streams in a try/catch/finally block (or try-with-resources) block. I know this won't cover all the cases but...

Is it possible to switch the `` tags for `` tags? There seem to be some kind of indication that this might be possible through a configuration in quilljs but...
