SeaBIOS won't look into NTFS partition at all, it only reads MBR. Likely to be a hardware driver issue...
To be honest I have no idea on the root cause. Will try to make a couple of improvements but can't promise on this problem.

@FarelRA I think compatibility page should describe platforms/OS that are not working perfectly. So maybe you can just leave entries with issues. You can also go through issues and MSFN...
