What do you mean by that? It downloads and installs just fine. The issue must be on your end.

Sounds like you don't have Java installed.

Then open the installer with it. Right click the file>Open with...>More apps, scroll to the bottom and click "Look for another app on this PC". Then look for java.exe in...
