I cannot fix this now because I can't access the insider build. I'll fix that whenever v1.2.0 is publicly available.
Icons are now available in [2.0.0](https://github.com/FlorianWoelki/obsidian-icon-folder/releases/tag/2.0.0). However, icons are not added when you try to bookmark a new file (only when restarting obsidian). This will be fixed in future versions.
