For the sake of compatibility with other software, we should have a documentation about Planet.json.

Bug: `content_html|escape` adn `page_description_html|escape` don't work.

I tried to use `{{ content_html|escape }}` and `{{ page_description_html|escape }}`, but the render result is still unescaped.
