Exclusive Fullscreen is gone. Fullscreen in tModLoader is Borderless Windowed. This seems to be a FNA thing.

In my experience exclusive fullscreen give you about ~5-10% performance boost in vanilla Terraria. And I personally want exclusive fullscreen too since it might improve performance on lower end PCs.
