[BUG] Frozen players can unfreeze by spawning a vehicle.

**txAdmin/FXServer versions:** tx: v7.3.2 **Describe the bug** When frozen you can get yourself out of it when you spawn a vehicle.

PROPS are still in game and not in code walker

I have Caluluated everthing and saved it and cleared the ceche and its a map i have for sandy lights
