Timer GUI delay

When I change the value in the Timer GUI it takes an unusually long time to update. About 1.5 seconds. I'm on 1.12.2 and the latest Immersive Tech version.

[suggestion] Have the actual numbers of machines input/output in configs

Instead of a multiplier, would it be possible to also have the actual numbers be configurable for machines i/o? It would be helpful at the start as modpack makers trying...
