[suggestion] Have the actual numbers of machines input/output in configs

Instead of a multiplier, would it be possible to also have the actual numbers be configurable for machines i/o? It would be helpful at the start as modpack makers trying to balance certain mods can figure out exactly how much distilled water/steam is being produced and adjust it accurately.

After some thinking, it would also be very helpful to just have default rates listed in the configs file for each machine (eg, how much Biodiesel/water boiler uses per t, and how much steam per t, as the current rate for burn time of biodiesel doesn't seem to be documented).
