[Bug]: ZeffUI not working with upgraded abilites (purely Endwalker)

### What are you trying to do? Upgraded abilities (like Bloodwhetting from WAR, Holy Sheltron from PLD etc) are apparently not supported and neither show up in the Mitigation table...
