Old Wallpaper after system shutdown

When I shutdown the system and boot up again, the wallpaper returns to the old one that i had set befor installing Splashify Windows 10x64 Enterprise Lenovo W541

Sometimes when I click "Set Wallpaper" the background is set to black. Windows 10x64 Enterprise Lenovo W541
