invalid transactions for some blocks

I am checking block 00000000000000000024fb37364cbf81fd49cc2d51c09c75c35433c3a1945d04 and for this block program prints invalid transactions (hashes). After clean update to 1.4.1 it crashes. There is an exception during SteamApi.Init() - it fails to get an entry point in CSteamworks.dll for "InitSafe" function. Current version of CSteamworks.dll...
