Youtube Center icon suddenly disappeared (Now it works again)

And just like that it started working again? Does anyone have any idea what temporarily disabled it and enabled it again?

Installed following steps. Top right icon still grayed out, does not show options/buffer.

Go back to old layout, doesn't work on the new material layout.
