Is there a set process for migrating features from `beta-private-cluster` to `private-cluster` once they're GA? If it's just done ad-hoc, there are other GA features I would like to migrate...

I also tend to see this issue and am running on GKE preemptive instances. These failures don't align with preemptive node reclaims though.
