**Describe the bug** It doesn't display any single article in the repository anymore.

Missing the Issue Templates

The project is currently missing the Issue Templates. If you would get interested in adding them, then I would add a PR with some relevant issue templates.

Add some relevant issue templates considering if the audience from my YouTube channel wants me to upload any specific problem-solving video, if any solution doesn't get compiled, and so on.

Create a contribution guideline so that contributors can gain the knowledge of the process for contributing to this project.
