The issue is no longer reproducible using the LOOLWSD 6.4.10 (git hash: [3febabd0](https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/commits/3febabd0)) @rpear, Please can you upgrade to the latest 6.4.10 release and test again?

I can confirm that the scrolling using the mouse scroll wheel does not work on 6.4.10snapshot (git hash: [25b2adb](https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/commits/25b2adb)) However, scrolling with dragging or moving the scrollbar works.

This does not seem reproducible on my end using CODE server 21.11.4.2 on Nextcloud version 23.0.3

I can confirm this issue using the Nextcloud app. I can scroll the same file using the same Collabora Online version in the browser. Tested on Nextcloud Hydrogen for iOS...
