Navigator Jumps to Bookmark After Double-Clicking on Hyperlinks

Describe the Bug

In the Navigator, if you Double-Click a hyperlink, the Navigator jumps up to Bookmarks.

(I think it has to do with this little icon/highlight letting you know where you are located inside of the document:)

Steps to Reproduce

0. Open COOLMeeting139.odt.
1. Go to "View" tab.
2. Press "Navigator" button.
3. In Navigator, expand the "Hyperlinks" category.
4. In Navigator, scroll down so Headings and Bookmarks are out of view.
5. In Navigator, Double-Click on any hyperlink:
   • Example: Click on https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues/7373
   • -> See Navigator jumps up to Bookmark _DdeLink__375_3175317270

• 6–12 seconds = Scrolling + Double-Clicking 1st hyperlink
• 12+ seconds = Scrolling + Double-Clicking 2nd hyperlink

Both times, you can see it auto-jumps to a Bookmark.

Actual Behavior

Double-Clicking on a Hyperlink goes to URL in document... then Navigator jumps to a Bookmark.

Expected Behavior

Double-Clicking on a Hyperlink goes to URL in document. Nothing else.

Desktop

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Chrome
• Version: Version 117.0.5938.150 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I noticed it in Staging during COOL Weekly Meeting:

and reproduced in local build:

Additional Context

I also see this occurs in:

Version: 7.6.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 56f7684011345957bbf33a7ee678afaf4d2ba333 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded

so this might be a core issue...

(This specific document is also horrible, because it has multiple, large, overlapping Bookmarks.)

This DOES NOT occur when Bookmarks are purged in LO 7.6.2.1 or Collabora Online. See:

• COOLWeekly139[NoBookmarks].odt
  • All I did was:
  • Open "COOLWeekly139" ODT
  • In Navigator, Right-Click > Delete on all Bookmarks.
  • Save.

Side Note: In LO, you can Right-Click in Navigator + do stuff to the Bookmarks/URLs/Objects. In Collabora Online, you currently can't. This makes cleaning up some of that cruft harder.

This issue might be fixed by this one which just got fixed for LO 24.8.0:

Will need retesting in Collabora soon. :)
