Can you please upload the original image? Otherwise I'd try to open this image with libpng's example program.

Thanks @ChiefORZ Note that the [docs state](https://github.com/EyalAr/lwip#create-a-new-image) that the dimensions must be integers. But nevertheless it should probably throw an exception when non integers are passed.
