Same problem here unfortunately. I've tried both builds even though my system is x64, and it's a white screen. Though, I can still hear my line in, but the screen...
I just tried it out, It seems to have found the vita but I can't click on the check mark since it went behind the "X". 
Opening the debugger whilst the vita is connected yields the same result but clicking on the check mark does nothing 
I'll try it out rn!
This is what happens on both 64 and 32 bit versions. The previous version (v3.2) works fine though  ^ (v4)  ^ (v3.2)
Did you mean camera access to use the mic? Because I can hear my own mic from my webcam on both versions.

Though, I think it would be more convenient if I could leave my webcam plugged in. I tried it with my laptop since that was my original intention on using...
