Check for duplicates

As mentioned in #5, it would be useful to have a **duplication check feature**. I don't see any good way to do it while keeping it fast at the moment....

Pick Icon from EXE for group overwrites all groups entries icons

When using the "Pick Icon from EXE for group" menu command, user could think the icon of the group itself will change only but not for all the groups entries...
