RTX 5090 often freezes presentation for 3-5 seconds in certain games

I can confirm the same behaviour on Garuda Dragonized(zen kernel 6.16.1) and 580 drivers. Hardware: RTX 5090 and Intel Core Ultra 265K. I.e. cpu can be removed from the equation....
