Add a comparator to sort nodes in NAD and SLD

The selected solution opts out of a comparator and instead uses the provided order of buses to draw the classes in the NAD, like it is done with the SLDs.

In the single line diagram of a substation, each voltage level's style index now starts at zero

With the option to enable this new behavior with a parameter, this is no longer a breaking change.
