Did you set ashift when creating the pool? You can check the current value with `zdb`.

They probably mean the Kitty graphics protocol, that's what timg uses (and iTerm2). Sixel does basically the same thing, but has limited color support and is a much older protocol....

NVIDIA support works for me on NixOS by overriding the following:  You could try taking a few things from the [nvtop package in nixpkgs](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-23.11/pkgs/tools/system/nvtop/default.nix#L58) to get it to work...
