I'd love to have throttling support too!

E.g. when doing bulk actions like opening a couple of dozen issues across repositories from a single action. You'd be hitting rate limits soon.

I'm also having this problem. Excluding bower_components and jspm_packages didn't help. Strangely enough, if I pass `--no-single-run`, I don't get the timeouts.

I think the workarounds are not that appealing. I think the [code that looks for the mock calls](https://github.com/aelbore/esbuild-jest/blob/master/src/index.ts#L33-L40) should probably not do a string search, which feels a bit brittle...

I would love to see more bindings, especially the organisation chart.
