This PR creates a visualization tool (similar to the one in NeuralTalk) that allows someone to track the training of the modal in the browser, by visiting the `monitor.html` page....

ProgressBar ShowProgressText has no effect

Not sure if this is a bug or the feature is simply not implemented yet, but setting the property `ShowProgressText="true"` has no effect on the ProgressBar.
