Additionally, the option to deselect when the grid looses focus would also be nice. We have pages with multiple grids on them, and it looks kinda noisy when multiple grids...

Second this issue. We have raised this previously in #9660 , arguing this should actually be built into the grid. Seems to me like a fundamental thing to have built-in...
