**Describe the solution you'd like** 💭 I'd like a way to select a custom cape/elytra texture for humanoid NPCs, similar to how you can select custom skins for them.

When you right click a maid with the Substitute Jizo, the maid will emit purple Enderman particles. I would like a config option to disable the particles.
