where is the file twitter15_ner_tags_doc.pkl?

hello, in the yaml file of ITA, the tag_dictionary is :resources/taggers/twitter15_ner_tags_doc.pkl. but i can not find the twitter15_ner_tags_doc.pkl and twitter17_ner_tags_doc.pkl in resources/taggers/.

if use bert-base-uncased model, will lead to significant decrease in performance

Hi, Can only the bert-base-cased model be used? And why does using the bert-base-uncased model result in a significant decrease in performance, with only 40% of f1?
