Enhancement to remove overdue from e-mail message

It would be nice if there is a setting to disable the overdue information in the e-mails, because this adds too much information in the e-mail while I want to focus on the tasks to be finished only today e.g.

+1; we want this as well.

Perhaps add a Past-Due flag to the User profile so that at least it is customizable?

Also, why does the DaysBefore field show up in the User profile, but not in the Administration > Users screen?
