I honestly don't quite understand the question, but my guess would be that these occupy the private use area of unicode. Are the glyph names even stored inside the font...

Unfortunately the Zapf table is so obscure that Harfbuzz (and therefore Rustybuzz) refused to implement it.
In theory someone could create a Zapfino package that does the mapping. If you're saying that you can access the symbols through the Unicode codepoints.
