How exactly to convert VGM files to OPB?

Right now VGM support is only in the C# port OPBinarySharp through the VGM class. A conversion utility is planned when I can find time to write it.

Gzipped files in web archive are automatically decompressed after upload, breaking web builds

After further investigation I have found out that this does not happen with executable builds, only web builds.
