Program still having issues with mac os ventrura and newer versions of mac os monteratry

I checked on my 2015 macbook air running ventura for those and all of them are there its not missing any libaries and sip is disabled heres a error log...

iTunes (version 12.9.5 & 12.6.5) doesn't work despite appearing to successfully install - Intel Mac, Monterey 12.6.1

same issue with me when i updated from monterey to ventura it will just say itunes quit and not open up at all so idk if this app still works...
