Actually coming back to this, I misunderstood the question. A clean build chroot would be interesting because the system we have right now isn't a clean build, it's just sandboxed....
The issue is indeed the destination, as if you're familiar with `$pkgdir` from PKGBUILD, in our system, that is the only directory that a package can write to during installation,...
