Current `Sweet/kde/cursors/build.sh` script creates cursors with background. Added parameter to `inkscape` command to ignore background and create proper cursors with transparent bg.

I didn't get panel and launcher transparency with fullscreen apps until I set [AdaptiveTransparency] to False in ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/Sweet/metadata.desktop IMO it should be disabled by default
