Transparency for launcher and panel should be better documented

I didn't get panel and launcher transparency with fullscreen apps until I set [AdaptiveTransparency] to False in ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/Sweet/metadata.desktop

IMO it should be disabled by default
