Duplicate categories error

Duplicate categories are not regarded as invalid during validation, but will trigger error when doing [stats summary](https://github.com/Weed-AI/Weed-AI/blob/b4bf01b7533ca146294aa6374b78e90f133bcf62/search/django/weedid/utils.py#L120-L123). It might get fixed via #636

Now we only have JsonValidationError for validate_json and the error will be encapsulated and rendered in the frontend, but currently we don't have it for validate_references, validate_coordinates, validate_image_sizes and error...

Currently we only keep the hash name of images in the repository which makes the editing dataset pretty tough, as the copied images from previous dataset will be in hash...
