TAH doesn't seem to be working for existing characters transferred from 0.92 to 0.93

TAH doesn't seem to be working for existing characters transferred from 0.92 to 0.93

OK just discovered something about this. Created a new character, TAH OK. Added a Race TAH disappeared for that actor!
